Last week was our annual Home Owners Association meeting, and I managed to get my self elected to the office of President. I haven’t decided which oil-rich neighboring HOA to go to war with first, but I think some kind of pre-emptive strike is going to be necessary.

Can you annex my neighborhood. We aren’t adjacent or anything, but I can overlook this.
