Outlined text

1. Create a text layer
2. Create a new layer below the text layer
3. Right click on the text layer, select “alpha to selection”
4. From the select menu on the image editing window, choose “grow”. (the number of pixels will be the thickness of the border)
5. Fill the selection (on the new blank layer om step 2) with the desired color
